Chef de Cuisine Gavin Gleeson has developed a new menu in the Lake Room Restaurant which opened earier this year. To complement the wonderful new menu, we have completely redesigned our restaurant concept with a brand new identity, the Lake Room. Our talented chefs continue to use fresh local produce to create exceptional dishes with an eclectic European flavour.
